How it works

• Once you place your order, you’ll receive email instructions with next steps.
• Your test kits will be shipped directly to you.
• Complete the samples and follow all included instructions.
• Once received, results will be reviewed by Empower Functional Health.

• For in-depth case management or interpretation, a separate 1-on-1 session is recommended.
